Hi Jack, please be specific, post the address of the clip you had problems with.
Also, the fact that you are using a PC should not be a problem. Quicktime is the backbone of the iTunes music tracks. If you have an iPod, you should be able to see all quictime movies without a problem.
I am new using the software that record my screen actions, so that might be the problem. If it is, I'd rather record the clip again.
The link I had difficulty earlier on is your PCCRC1.mov. However, I used another PC to download your clip and for some reason, it works. So, I will blame my first PC for that.

Was viewing your clip but for the second time, when you were discussing AAPL, the file crashed. I am not sure if it is my PC's problem.
