I am sorry that I cannot always make the chart small enough to fit neatly on the left column. I want you to be able to see the details I want to point out.
I Hope this helps,
Juan

Here is the current account situation. First, the current positions. I have about $2100 in cash. I am going to be more patient and look for a good long-term opportunity. I want to find stocks that trigger my system and also that are at a long-term bottom, according to Elliott count. I have been burned with the bearish trades, which has made me gunshy.

I have been triggered out of my PETM trade, and SNDK may be triggered soon. I am showing my stoplosses here for those who keep track of this things. I will update you when I am out of a trade, with some regularity. BUT you may raise or lower your stoploss if you wish, based on Fibonacci numbers.

For those interested in reentering AAPL it is probably going to move sideways until earnings in early January. The volatility is too high right now for a PCCRC, and it has not pulled back enough to go bullish on it now. So stay in the sidelines for now.
Take a look at my Fibonacci retracements, Stochastics and Bollinger bands. If the lower Bollinger band holds while the stock pulls back no more than 50% from the top of the Oct-Nov rally, then it may be a good opportunity to reenter. My projections suggest that there could be another rally to $80, but I would not bet on that until the lower Bollinger band is tested and the Stochastics moves to oversold and then gives a buy signal....
If volatility declines below 40, then I might consider a PCCRC.

It seems that the system is more successful with bullish trades than bearish ones. I am wondering whether the use of additional criteria would help improve the selection of bearish trades.
HK, this is why we have you here!
I have opened my system for imput, please feel free to offer your suggestions, and even test the if you will, If is worthwhile we can try that.
I think that it is hard to find bearish trades that stick when the market is bullish.
The question would be, how do WE define a bullish market?
What if the market reverses, the bulls will soffer. If the market continues to rally, my bears will never succeed.
Juan,
I will not now eneter the AAPL trade on the bull side because I fear a fall. That is just a 'gut reaction', not based on fibonacci, elliott wave. My feeling is that there will be a correction.
Still in QCOM, DELL and PETM.
I went to a talk at IB here in London yesterday evening. There was a presentation by the Hawkeye Trading Method, which spoke about a formula, he used to adding to winning positions. He spoke about 1,3,2,1
So you enter a position it make money (1), then there may be a pause and re-entry point, so he then would add to the original position (1) with an additional entry (3), then if there was another entry a further position is added (2) and if another opportunity arose and entry (10. This totalled 7.
Why I don't know. But I am going to ask further. His site;

Anyway just some additional money management thinking for us all to ponder.
Again, I have been busy and my contribution has been limited this week, when I wanted to review your Blog.
Best Wishes.
***Correction*** I typed too fast it did not make complete sense, as there were errors too. I hope this is better.
So you enter a position to make money (1). Then there may be a pause and re-entry point, so then add to the original position (1) with an additional entry (3), then if there was another entry, a further position is added (2). If another opportunity arose and entry a final additional position(1). This totals 7.
Fortitude:
Any details you can find would be great. For example, is this a stock or options trader system, what triggers the system into a trade... anyway, tell us what you find out.
I am considering the following stocks for this week:
CEPH, ADCT, MYOG and NFLX.
I am running a RET evaluation on this three.
Dear Juan,
You have e-mail. I have sent the same to Varun, HK too.
If any of the other 'key boards warriors' to Juans' Blog want a copy of the notes I made at the Hawkeye presentation, please e-mail me at;
