1. Try clicking on the name of the most recent article in the column on the right. This will remove the "Archives" list.
2. Try right click on the chart itself and open it on a separate window.
I am sorry that I cannot always make the chart small enough to fit neatly on the left column. I want you to be able to see the details I want to point out.
I Hope this helps,
Juan

Now here is an old friend I have not trade in years. I think that CSCO is finally ready for a rally. As usual, I placed a contingency order.
Note the items that trigger the Sarmiento System, including volume and stock spike and the catalyst.

Juan,
Why not a PCCRC on this one?
On the 25th/26th January 2006, I wrote about PALM;
"I was watching on IB, using one PCCRC combination on Thursday. Using the prices Juan has used in the Platinum analysis ($10.95), I could have got it for $10.80
Now the mid price is around $11.10 approx."
Current sale price is now $15.10. That would have been a gain of $4.30, which is 39.81% in three weeks....
If you want to enter a PCCRC on this, that is fine, but make sure the the IV conditions oulined in my previous write ups, videos, etc, allmeet the conditions.
Sorry I missed the PALM!!!
Juan,
I missed it too.
I don't know whether HK did the trade or not perhaps he will update us all. **Smiles**
Fortitude: My number one reason for entering a PCCRC is that the stock is a high flier, CSCO is not, at least not yet. You can enter it as a CRC with the stop loss. You can ad a PRC later, if you are uncomfortable with the way the stock is preforming. I did that with IGT, as you'd remember. Then again, IGT HAS become a high flier, since it has gone from 25 to 37 in just a few monts (a 48% gain). IGT would trigger my PCCRC system, since it has done this big jump in 90 days or less.
The thing to do with CSCO is to place your stop-loss. If the exit is triggered, don't even look at it again, unless the volume/price spike occurred again. In the long run, you should be OK.
I have not done ANY PRC's lately, frankly I am shying away from them. I think that the markets are zigzaging rather violently. Perhaps this is why the PCCRC looks like a good strategy now.
My challenge account is slightly above water now. Not a minute too soon. I think I needed to be more selective on my picks. I had been up as much as 50%, only to pullback about 15%. The account is $3 BELOW my starting point. So I am ready for more. Watch my next article.
I missed the Palm trade. Trying to scalp too much.
