I am sorry that I cannot always make the chart small enough to fit neatly on the left column. I want you to be able to see the details I want to point out.
I Hope this helps,

I believe that the best use of the RET analysis is the long-term "forecast". Using the Sarmiento system to detect good candidates (stocks that jump >5% with x2 normal volume and good catalyst) is the first step. I used it with AMLN last year. Looking for long term bottoms is an excelent start. The RET excels on this approach. The CSCO trade is another example. A long-term trader may apply the traditional Bull Call Spread with Leaps, for example, and just forget about the trade. This is an good alternative to buying the stock.
More recently, I found VRSN, after a hugh spike in volume, a sure indication that the stock had made a bottom. After a small pullback, the stock has been rallyng, and it is now approaching $25. My RET analysis suggests that VRSN may double or triple in price in the next few months. Note the prominent spike in volume near the bottom of the market.

Other landmarks for VRSN may be found in the convetional TA analysis below. First, there is a crossover of the 50dMA over the 200dMA, which is a long-term bullish signal. The stock price has tested the 50dMA from which it has bounced strongly.
This may appear to be a good time to consider VRSN.
