IMCL. Trading Vega and Delta

How to view the entire chart:


1. Try clicking on the name of the most recent article in the column on the right. This will remove the "Archives" list.
2. Try right click on the chart itself and open it on a separate window.


I am sorry that I cannot always make the chart small enough to fit neatly on the left column. I want you to be able to see the details I want to point out.

I have shown you IMCL's intermediate term Elliott wave analysis below. I am expecting IMCL to rise up to around $100 before Jan 2007. This forecast has not changed since I first posted this chart back in early may. It follows that a bullish trade is probably a high probability opportunity.



WIthout much detail on the Elliott wave analysis, I am focusing again on IMCL because the IV skew as increased once more. I am ready to repeat this trade, this time using December options since they are well below 40% I.V. Here are the details of my entry TODAY.
